Years ago I made my first call for help - back when Jason, the owner was the responding tech. What a home run call that was. From the initial call to full project completion everyone represented with professionalism, friendliness, willing to keep you completely in the loop and, to discuss your options - some better than others - some more costly than others. The point is there was no pressure and no building the bill. I must say, this is a top-shelf, locally owned, family operated business that has only excelled over the years. Had water collecting in my basement from my AC unit. i had tried blowing out the discharge hose (as that was the issue a few years back) but that 'fix' didn't last long. Called JC and got an appointment quickly. Day of, they called be to see if i'd like earlier as there was a cancellation. Came out, did what I did (to confirm that the line was clear), but then took the port off, cleaned inside the pan area, and a bit more. Then, while putting things back together, noticed ice on the line. Said that was often due to 1 of 2 things - poor air flow or low coolant. Turned off the AC to let things thaw and was back same day to check coolant levels. I was low and they added 1.5# (on an 8 # system) and had be back up and running. No up sell, but rather clear information to let me make my own call. Great, professional and personable service call, and masks were worn the entire time.

Our AC stopped working a few days before our son’s graduation party. We had family coming into town and needed it fixed. Wesley was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and I was asked if that would be okay. He was very professional when he arrived. He solved our AC problem by trouble shooting until he had everything working correctly. He even removed the mouse that chewed our wires in the AC unit.
